Gilbreth offers you a total service package from design to execution.

PREPRESS/ART DEPARTMENT

Our experienced staff in the art and prepress department work hard to ensure your label prints the way you envisioned it. From the moment you supply us your digital file, we preflight it, give you feed back if it needs it, then trap each file. Our trapping and art distortions (if needed depending on your container) are performed on a job-to-job basis, achieving maximum print quality for either flexo or rotogravure printing.

After the file prep is complete we then supply you a final proof. Proof options: Digitally printed mock-ups, a PDF via email, hard copy print out, Waterproof (reflecting press accuracy for process art) and/or drawdown’s for spot ink color accuracy. More than one proof option may be required for art approval.

After final approval, we then proceed with digital Flexo plates or have Cylinders Engraved for Rotogravure Printing.

Gilbreth now offers complete in-house design services. Our art department has experienced graphic designers on staff ready to listen to your ideas. We then transform your idea concepts into a personalized professional shrink sleeve label.
